Continuity of Care is a network of healthcare professionals and related industries dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary communication and resources in Fort Worth.

They meet monthly for breakfast on 2nd Thursdays at Trinity Lutheran Church at 8:30am. Admission is $5 (your first two visits are free!). I’m so honored that I will be speaking at their November 8th breakfast.
